Please read these Terms of Use ("Agreement") carefully before accessing or using the Soul In Your Feet Online Dance Course ("the Course"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Course.

By accessing or using the Course in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the Course, purchasing a course, or participating in any lessons or discussions, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property:

a. The Course and all of its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, audio clips, and course materials, are the intellectual property of Soul In Your Feet and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

b. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or otherwise use any part of the Course without prior written permission from Soul In Your Feet.

2. Course Access and Registration:

a. To access the Course, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

b. Soul In Your Feet reserves the right to refuse access to the Course or terminate accounts at its discretion.

3. Course Content:

a. The Course provides educational materials, instructional videos, and other resources related to dance. The content is provided for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional dance instruction or guidance.

b. While Soul In Your Feet strives to ensure the accuracy and quality of the content, it makes no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any information provided in the Course.

c. Soul In Your Feet reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any content in the Course without prior notice.

4. Payment and Refund Policy:

a. The Course may require payment of a fee to access certain content or enroll in specific courses. All payments are due at the time of enrollment and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

b. If you believe that you have been incorrectly charged or need assistance with a payment issue, please contact Soul In Your Feet support for resolution.

5. User Conduct:

a. By accessing and using the Course, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner.

b. You agree not to engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the Course or its users, including but not limited to:

- Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.

- Engaging in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Course's infrastructure or servers.

6. Limitation of Liability:

a. Soul In Your Feet and its affiliates, partners, instructors, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Course or any content therein.

7. Indemnification:

a. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul In Your Feet, its affiliates, partners, instructors, and employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Course or any violation of this Agreement.

8. Modifications to the Agreement:

a. Soul In Your Feet reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for changes.

By continuing to use the Course after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated terms and conditions.
